For over one hundred fifty years Murdock, Inc. has been the benchmark in both the drinking fountain and water hydrant industries. As early as 1853, while most people were drawing water from common wells, the Murdock Company was manufacturing and installing water delivery systems throughout the country. Their 1776 Old Style drinking fountain and M75 hydrant were two of our original designs and they still manufacture both of these items. Many of our products made over a century ago can still be serviced with original parts and we welcome inquiries regarding the rebuilding of existing fountains or hydrants to their original condition. In the year 2005, the leading manufacturer of outdoor drinking fountains and water hydrants merged with the leading manufacturer of pre-engineered parks & recreation buildings and outdoor bicycle security lockers to form Murdock-Super Secur.
